Samsung R519 and Intel Core 2 Duo P8400

Hi,
I have a samsung R519 and I recently upgraded my CPU to a Core 2 Duo from a celeron and now my laptop does not boot. So then I put back my celeron in and it works. I updated the Bios to the version I found on the samsung website which is 09CI and still have no luck.
Any Help?
