Do you think this CPU will need an after market cooler?

I'm working on building my first custom gaming PC (it's also my first custom PC), and have all the parts picked out except for the CPU cooler, which I'm not completely sure I'll need right off the bat.

So here is the CPU

And here is the cooler

I know that if I decide to overclock (which I wont be doing right away) I will need an aftermarket cooler, but until then, will the stock cooler work?

Also if you want to see it, here is my parts list.

The stock cooler will suffice, I scrapped my FX6300 stock heatsink when I overclocked to 4.3Ghz. Good choice on the Cooler BTW.

No CPU needs an aftermarket cooler unless you are overclocking

The stock cooler will work, but almost will work better and quieter than the stock one. A after market cooler is much easier to put on in the original build than adding one latter.

Great cooler choice, and while you may not 'need' and 3rd party cooler, the stock ones with AMD are often loud and inefficient

Not at all but the stock fan that comes with the fx-6300 is loud and doesn't cool very well i recommend you buy any aftermarket cooler because they will all be better than that stick cooler.
