I just bought a Sapphire Radeon HD 6970 dual fan 2gb card and switching from a evga geforce 9800 gt i was hoping for alot better performance than im getting? Im game my graphics are good, but panning left and right im either micro-stuttering or i have a mouse tracking problem. I cant seem to isolate it and its making me upset..

Also on a side note, im not sure and can find very little on motherboard setting for stability.. im still learning this and dont wanna fry anything.
