Yes, should be able to get the Q6600 to at least 3 GHz, willwant to monitor heat (get a app like CoreTemp, free). might start by setting vCore to 1.33 and FSB to 1333, which will take you to 3 GHz, if aall comes up well, then can monitor heat and maybe back the CPU voltage (vCore) back a little at a time while maintaining stability

I normally run for a few hours, some say 10-12 and more, but generally I've found 4-5 to be more than planty, Often do it when I hit the hay
