Bought a laptop that was wiped, No idea what to do.

I bought a samsung r540 laptop that was wiped, I think it has no os and constantly blinks on start up. On the battery it says windows 7 home premium. I've tried pressing f4 to recover the system but nothing happens. I'm new to installing os and I'm not sure on what to do. Any help will be appreciated!

does it boot up at all? do you have a key to install windows on the laptop should be a sticker somewhere with a key on it?

After seeing the samsung screen, it goes straight to the black screen with the blinking dash. There is a microsoft sticker with "product key" on it

Hi, go into your bios and make sure your hdd is the first boot selection, sounds like it could be attempting to boot from a flash drive?

now check this link out then you need image burn to burn a iso to install windows
