Could you please help me find my parts to fit in my case.

My case is the Fractal Design Define Mini Black Pearl MATX Case.

I want to use an intel board but I do not care if it is Haswell or ivy bridge, I would prefer a asus motherboard. AMD or Nvidia for the Graphics card.

My total Budget is 1200 singapore dollars.

The case costs 119 singapore dollars. This is primarily to use photoshop and to game on. So 16 gigs of ram would be required.

Thank you for your help.

as you wish

haswell
16GB
micro atx
GTX 760
XFX psu
120GB SSD samsung

since we cant point you to any singaporean store,
please find yourself these parts/similar in your local store

I am unable to get the cpu so will this cpu suffice? Intel Core i5-4570 LGA 1150 84W Quad-Core Desktop Processor Intel HD Graphics (3.2GHz/6MB) BX80646I54570

I am also not able to get the XFX PSU, so will the corsair 600m be fine?

Also I cannot get the DVD/CD Writer, it also needs to be windows 8 compatible.

The current site i am using is
http://www.videopro.com.sg/

This is the graphics card that I will use. http://www.videopro.com.sg/products/product_info.php?cPath=57_120&products_id=13124

Yes the 600m will do fine, and so will that processor.

The DVD/CD writer can be any, it doesn't really matter much, as long as it can also write. They used to matter when DVD/CDs were still widely used, nowadays you just need a basic one to keep the compatibility.

EDIT: Only read Corsair 600M, what's the model? If it's a CX (builder series), don't. They're lower quality and with worse materials. Get TX or higher, and Modular isn't mandatory, so don't worry about cutting down on it being modular.

Is an optical drive really required or necessary. Can I just use an external one to install windows when I am in the Bios (UEFI)? Im not really sure about the bios bit, on how to install windows so will it complicate things further?

Don't you need to have more power so you have room to upgrade in the future thats what my friend told me?

Personally I think that corsair provide very well crafted products. That is why I chose corsair but if they are not a good brand to buy i will think otherwise on what brand of psu i should buy.
