How Can I Play Games That Require Shaders (3.0) with a Video Card That Suports 1.0(With No Lag And For Free)?

I have installed a lot games recently like Pro Evolution Soccer 2011 , OR the walking dead or Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Pandora Tomorrow Or Fifa 11 And they all poped-up a error that said 'Your Video Card does Not Suport Vertex Shader 2.0- Unable to Proceed'. Fifa It Said Just:
E001 Please Help Me I Would Extremely like to be a ble to play Fifa 11.

You can't its hardware built into the card. Alternatively you could grab a cheapo card which will quite likely be much better than the one you currently have since that one is apparently extremely old.
