Just a question, does it reduce screen tearing, i dont want to use vsync as it introduces input lag on the mouse, so does it help running a game in windowed borderless but make it occupy the fullscreen.

Appreciate the help

Yes!It does ....i have used borderless windowed mode in MW3....the thing is it occupies your entire screen with the maximum monitor resolution,so texture tearing is reduced....but it is as similar to running any game fullscreen with maximum monitor resolution.
