Ok i explain it ........Im in 11th standard right now.........i am 15 years old.
Quality doesn't matters for me , for me only performance matters . I want to play some games like gta iv , farcray 3 , gunslinger , nfs 2012 , battlefield 2 bad company on my pc whether on lowest settings. It is certain that i would by a laptop after my graduation.....thats why not wasting much money i want to buy a cheap graphic card which is able to run all these games at playable frame rates whether on lowest settings. Also another reason is that bandwidth of my PCIe slot is 8 gb/s which is equal to the bandwidth of nvidia 210 1 GB and it is compatible with my 1.1 v PCIE x 16 slot.

So i want to buy this Graphic card.......

You're not going to get playable performance in any of those games with a GeForce 210. It may not matter though because you have a very weak CPU, the Sempron 145 is a single core CPU, and does not even meet the minimum requirements for any of the games you listed, all of which list a dual core as minimum, and a quad core as recommended. You need a new CPU, and a new graphics card in order to run modern AAA games, more RAM would also help. Even if you just upgrade the GPU to a GeForce 210, you're still going to be restricted to older games (2005 or earlier) and indie titles.

If you are dead set on getting a laptop in the future, save your money for that, laptops actually capable of playing AAA games are quite expensive, and laptops generally aren't upgradeable, so you are stuck with what you buy, as such, you need to be prepared to invest a lot of money into your laptop if you intend to use it as your primary gaming device.

but on that Chipset i think this card 210 1 gb is the only good choice....for me ......atleast with this card i would be able to play those games which already run on my pc with more stable framerates ........games like cod mw 1 , cod mw 2 , cod mw 3 ,far cry 2 and im getting it for only 25 $

Given your CPU, I wouldn't bother aiming much higher than a 210 anyway, not unless you were planning on getting a new CPU and some more RAM as well. Just don't expect great framerates, even on some of the older games you mentioned, if you're really lucky you might get an average of 30FPS on low settings at a very low resolution. The 210 isn't a gaming card, it exists as a cheap replacement if your integrated graphics chip fails and isn't meant to handle workloads any heavier than that. Something a bit newer like a GT 520 or 630 might offer better performance, if your CPU could keep up, but I wouldn't sink too much money into your current system if you have no intention of upgrading your CPU and RAM.
