Just want to ask, what is the most powerful GPU money can buy, from which manufacturer should I buy the best GPU in the market? You can also suggest dual-GPUs, money isn't a problem, I don't care about performance per dollar and efficiency, I JUST WANT THE BEST..
Also tell me how many slots does it cover, I'm going to use the GPU on an ASRock Extreme11, you can also suggest any better motherboard so that the graphics card would run better.

I would put either 4 ASUS Matrix 7970's in Crossfire (4x PCI-E 3 slots/12case slots)
Or 4 MSI GTX 780 Lightening in a 4 way SLI (4x PCI-E 3 slots/8case slots)

In real game performmance and most benchmarks the 780's will beat the titan.

the nvidia 690 is the fastest dual gpu card. followed by ati's dual gpu the HD7990. both will max out pretty much every current game at ridiculous rez.
single card performance. ati's R290x and nvidias titan. although the ati card is yet to go on sale, its worth mentioning because its here soon.

yes people will say no perfomance benchmarks for the R290x. but if your like me you already have an idea of what the card will do from the hardware spec. in my opinion it will beat the titan by an average 5-15%

Thank you guys for the feedback. I'm aware of the fact that TITAN is the best single GPU out there, but in fact, I think that EVGA GTX780 Classified w/ACX Cooler gives higher frame rates than the standard Titan, I took a look at EVGA Titan SC, and it's not as good as 780 Classified, I heard that TITAN Ultra, and GTX 790 are coming out to beat the new AMD Radeon 8000 series, would you guys suggest me to wait, or go for Radeon 8970 series, or GTX Titan, or GTX 780?

Be advised, this is a long term investment, and I'm going to use a 1080p @120Hz display, yes, a single monitor..
Please tell me which 120Hz (or higher) monitor should I buy, I'm currently considering Samsung's S27A950D (which is out of production, and gotta get the last ones before they run out), if there was any better resolution at 120Hz, please suggest it to me by including it in your answer, I saw some 4K displays, but they run on 60Hz maximum which sucks ._.

WTF? I want to run Metro: Last Light, Battlefield 4, all on 1080p and <75 FPS 4x MSAA and all graphic details on Ultra, so GTX 570 won't work... >.>

That is the problem with "I JUST WANT THE BEST"
There is always something newer/faster/better/quieter/more powerful on the horizon.

The truth has been spoken

@selman, there are no 8 series cards other than maybe some OEM versions for the likes of dell. ati is skipping straight to the 9 series for retail and branding them as the R9 R7 and so on. the R290x will likely be the top of the line for now the 290 will likely perform slightly better then the 7970 ghx editions but do it quieter and cooler. while the 270 will likely just beat 7950 while the r260 is slightly better than a 6870. this comparison is pretty much guess work but educated guesswork.

as long as you have a gcn architecture card you will be able to run the new render engine... this will likely lead to a step change in performance if done rite. amd are bandying about numbers like x9 times the amount of calls can be made than with direct x that would result in huge performance gains even on very average systems. think x8 fsaa without the associated fps cost. or just x5 more detail on something like crysis 3. on the same gpu that it hardly runs on now.

if you want the absolute best, for a 1080p monitor, titan is pointless. just get 2 or 3 gtx780's. Titan comes into its own only in ultra high res/triple display. 4 way sli tends to have issues, and crossfire has issues in any setup (less games supported/good scaling/stuttering)

I want to stay with a single (or 2) GPUs for a long time without encountering issues with graphics, for around 3-4 years..

Get two 690's or two 7990's (I'd go for the 7990's personally)

Come one, I don't want to start with 4-way SLi, I'll buy more as prices drop, but I can still afford to buy them now, I'm playing on a single 1080p 120Hz monitor, and I wanna play games at its best for over 75fps, that's why I would buy more as prices drop, new games will come out, higher requirements need to be met, therefore, buying an extra GPU with a very cheap price can boost up the performance to a higher level, in order to maintain my FPS target (>75fps), and in ultra settings, 2xTXAA or 4x MSAA..

and you would be throwing a lot of money away.
a single 690 or 7990 is more than enough for the next 3 years at least.
yes there will be the odd title that wont max out completely (star citisen) but they will be few and far between. reason.... consoles!
seriously if you were to buy 2 or 3 dual gpu''s for the most part you wouldnt see any benefit even running games on a 4K screen in 3d , over a single dual card setup.
money may be no problem but there are limits on what you should spend it on...

with them requirments in mind a single gtx 780 or the r290x/R290 will be your only real option for the best at a reasonable price to performance ratio.

the R290x isnt far off and should be priced accordingly to compare with the 780. if rumors are correct.

this will max out most games but some like crysis 3 will still not give massive fps numbers when its maxed because the cards that could run it easily dont exist. yet!
