PSU For Budget build

Hey guys, I'm building a office computer for my mom and was wondering what would be a good power supply for these specs? Sempron 145 CPU and Integrated Graphics on the motherboard.

That's a 45 watt CPU, so you don't need much. But you state you want something good.

So no base $20 PSU that has poor reviews. A decent Rosewill would be alright:

any 300watts is fine like literally any PSU...

This is a horrible PSU BUT BUT BUT a computer system that uses below 100watts doesn't even matter... your only problem would be the fan, it'll stop working probably after 18 months...

I bought a 300watts PSU for a 120watts system like 8 years ago and the PSU still works like new even though it's a horrible name brand from visiontek
