-HX650
or
-TX750M

Both modular and same price, what PSU is more efficient and silent?

The cpu will be i7 4770K with moderate OC, and a GTX 770, I will never do SLI.

Thanks you ;)

Seasonic and Corsair are brother/sister companies both are good, however out of these two i would go with HX since the TX didn't get as good as reviews.

I will take the HX650, because 1) gtx770 only requirements 550W PSU to run, 650w will be enough. 2) As I know HX650 is made by Seasonic, which is top PSU maker.
Also TX750m is good one too, but with the seasonic inside the HX650, I will get the HX650.

I would agree with getting the Corsair HX650. It's a better PSU for your situation.

HX650 is a quality Seasonic unit with gold efficency(HX650 and 1050 are Seasonic), the TX750M, is a CWT unit and with only bronze efficiency. If you are not SLIing, go for the HX650. Alternatively, you could go for the HX750 (Not related whatsoever to the HX650, made by CWT, but on a much better PSU platform than the TX750M) which has the same efficiency, good reviews and 100 moar watts for the same price.

why not go for more specialized manufacturers of PSUs? like seasonic? why go to other non-specialized manufacturer?
did you check the feedback difference between the Corsair and seasonic PSUs?

In this case, he is arguing between a Seasonic unit and CWT unit.
He could go for these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

for a 650w, the first one is better, what is the point of getting a PSU from corsair? unless he got it on a good discount.

They are basically the same price and look good. The HX750 has a nice discount.

For a system using a single GeForce GTX 770 graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 600 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 42 Amps or greater and that has at least one 6-pin and one 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

The Corsair HX650 (SKU # 75-001217 / CP-9020030) is based on Seasonic's G Series 650W (SSR-650RM) model.

The Seasonic SSR-650RM is currently selling for less than the Corsair version.

You should get the Corsair HX 650 (Gold Edition). It's a very solid PSU and should be just right for your build with an extra headroom for future upgrades. HX series are pretty solid so you won't be wrong in getting them. GOODLUCK!

Thanks you. A last question, I see that in the official corsair web the TX650M have less noise than HX650:

http://cwsmgmt.corsair.com/media/catalog/product/t/x/tx650m-fan-noise.png

is it a good alternative for $20-30 less than hx650? else I can choice the SeaSonic M12II 620 or SSR-650RM.

No, I would go with the the SSR-650RM, the TX650M is basically a stripped down HX750.
If you go TX, go TX 750 V2
