I want to upgrdae my graphics card.
my budget is 130 dollar and a psu wth a buget of 50
My specs

asus m2n68am plus motherboard
ddr2 4gb ram 2x2
PSU 400 (upgrading to 450?
amd athlon 240 dual core 2.8 ghz
22 inch monitor Dell
pci2.0
nvidia 9400 gt 1gb

i want to play games such as fifa 14,simulator games gta v,iv cod ,battlefield

IF i just upgrade my graphics card ,would i be able to play latest games in semi hd with smoothly in high setting.
my current specs is enough to play in semi hd if i geta new gc

High settings? No, specially not with that setup. Its a bit weak by todays standards. I would grab a 7750. You might not need a new PSU with that since your proc only takes 65w and that gpu only take 75w and requires no external PCIe power connectors.

Its about the best I would recommend for the setup you have there.
