BF3 + Other games Lagging without reason

Hey guys,

I have a i7 3770K, 8GB RAM, and GTX 680. For some reason I still lag even when I have the graphics are down to medium.

The lag isnt horrible (I still hate it though) but I'm just not sure why it's lagging

because of lack of information, we can start assuming that you need change GPU driver to another version and start using SSD
it is usually driver issue

That's what I thought at first (sorry for not giving enough information), but I tried a few different drivers, and the game is installed on my SSD (120GB SATA III).

The card is also new, and is a replacement for a defective card before it so it was tested before it was sent to me.
