Wifi proble... in DELL INSPIRON 1464... Laptop

few days my laptop will show my home wifi network including neighbors. But few time it will show only other connection except my home wifi... i updated my laptop bios, network drivers and my modem is also new one.. we can able to access wifi for our mobile and other laptop except my dell inspiron. we need to restart the modem or laptop to get the wifinetwork in laptop. i am not understanding the exact problem...

If you are sure that your wireless router is still broadcasting a radio signal, I would go into the network control panel, choose manage wireless networks, find your home wireless network and delete it. Restart your computer and when the wireless icon in the system tray is done searching, open it and choose to select the network, pick yours and enter the passkey.
