You need to get that from the laptop vendor. By Reboot do you actually mean "Re-Image"? Or did you just turn the laptop off and back on? A reboot is just that, you turn off the laptop and turn it back on. A Re-image is when you re-load the operating system on it, also called a "restore" "factory reset" "factory restore", some other things.
