He will be using it for some gaming at medium to high settings at 1080p.

So for the parts, I have an i3 3220 and I'm upgrading to an i5 3470. So I will give my brother my i3 3220 thus why I'm buying an LGA 1155 Mobo.

PSU: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0092ML1SC/ref=ox_sc_a...

GPU: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00BWHIOQC/ref=ox_sc_a...

RAM: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003NWWM30/ref=ox_sc_a...

I'm guessing 4GB would be enough for gaming.

Motherboard: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009LEKL3M/ref=ox_sc_a...

Cheapest H77 ATX mobo I've found on amazon.

CPU: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0087EVHVW/ref=ox_sc_a...

The i5 will be used on my Asrock H77 Pro4 MVP and will replace the i3 3220 and the later will be used in the new build. Hope all I've wrote make sense :p

Also already has 1tb hdd. So won't buy hdd.

Chassis: Already has a COOLER MASTER Elite 430 chassis.

So are the parts good? I mean can I get something similar or something slightly better at same price?
Another thing, can the i5 3470 stock hsf be used for the i3 3220?

Thanks.
