Need a cheap intel low quality setup

Hello, I am looking for a 580 to 680ish
low-quality gaming setup. I would prefer if it was an Intel setup, and, if you can, get it into cooler master elite 431 case-
(I have kind of fallen in love with the case) thanks for your help!

580 what? 580 USD? GBP? GTX 580 or 680?

if you already have a case, what else do you have.......... also, do you have an operating system? and what do you use the machine for?

Hi guys, I'm Will, just using my main account.
Let me clear a few things up-
1. My budget is 680 USD
2. I am planning on running Windows 8
3. I currently do not own the Cooler Master, I just like the look of it
4. Sorry, but please do not propose builds with red neon cases. I know I am being extremely picky, but I just cant stand them.
