What cable for USB 3.0?

I have a case (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811139005) with a usb 3.0 on the front panel. I want to hook it up but the cord on the case has a usb connector and my motherboard does not. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130645) how can i get this to work? The Cable can not reach to the rear of my case either.

It's an obsolete case that doesn't use the USB3.0 header, you have to plug it in at the back of the case instead.
