B. (if you can) In a Cooler Master Elite 431 Case- (I have fallen in love with the look of it, however I WILL take another case, just, please, no red. No red neon, no red finish, no red.)
C. 8 gigs of ram

Sorry messed up a little on the post-
1. 700 dollar MAX budget, would be more comfortable around 680
2. Will be running windows 8, If you include it, I can do around 715
3. Not included in budget- Mouse, Keyboard, Monitor
4. Location- Northwest US

love the look of the case, but it looks HUGE.. ill look into the size

Actually it's not that big, the pictures the guy took are less than a foot away. It's currently the best windowed case you can get for the price.

I just don't know about AMD, I would be much more comfortable
running a intel CPU.... any other options?

AMD has the same quality as intel, and is usually recommended for budgets of $850 and above. Trust me my laptop has an AMD A8, and it runs super fast. My desktop has an i7-3770k so I really don't have a preference on the two brands. You could go for an intel core i5-4670k but that CPU costs $219.
