How do you figure $400? The parts, new, according to your partspicker link, are $281. Add $25 for an old monitor that I find on the side of the road, and we're just breaking $300.

You might get some sucker, but I'd be hard pressed to give you $150 for all of it. And that is only if you provide a verified Windows install.
