In your budget, but I'd up the budget to 95 dollars or so. You'd be better off getting a 990fx chipset motherboard for those parts.

I suggest this one,(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157262) but seriously, I would highly suggest putting just a little bit more into it. But if you can't, you won't go wronge with this motherboard. As I have seen it in many computer builds.

And I do not see your RAM posted, as I see your power supply under your ram specifications. But the best motherboards starts at the 3.0 pci slots, which almost starts double at $150. The idea behind 3.0 is it could literally will double your graphic cards potential.

Right now, Pci-e 3.0 is a gimmick. We weren't passing the saturation point for 2.0 so it doesn't matter. Who cares if the speed limit is 120mph, when the cars we drive only get up to 55mph and don't reach the 60mph limit in place now?

Ok, so the motherboard I suggested will work with the ram you have. And for the operating system, I LOVE Windows 7. I've never had an issue with it, not once (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116986). But the newest is Windows 8. I didn't like the layout very much.
