Ok so I am going to be building a new PC soon, (first time) and have narrowed my parts list down to everything I would need to build the PC. My problem comes when I try to see if I can get more performance, for similar price. So I looked, and found another list that can compete with the first list. Thoughts?

First list:
http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=20207651

Second list:
http://secure.newegg.com/WishList/PublicWishDetail.aspx?WishListNumber=17782229

*After Thought*
I am going to probably be doing SLI GPU's in future, so keep that in mind when answering
Thanks

Note: The h100i will not work on this build since there 1 single 200 mm fan at the top for that case. Also you can crossfire 2 770 GTX 4 GB and get a greater gain then a crossfire 780 (way overpriced).

I would use neither.
1. For performance, you can find perfectly good cases for <$100.
2. Hyperthreads of i7 do not add much for gaming, it is better to save $100 and use a 4670K.
3. Are you planning on triple monitor gaming ? If so, sli is reasonable. Otherwise, a single GTX780 will do the job.
4. I would avoid all in one liquid coolers. They are noisy, expensive, less reliable and do not cool any better than a good air cooler.

I was looking at the SLI 780's because yes I am doing a multiple monitor setup. Also, do you recommend any good ATX Full tower cases under $100? Furthermore, the reason I was looking at the h100i is so I could fit the Corsair Dominator Platinum RAM. (Was originally looking at NH-D14, which is on first list.)

Hmm, that's not a bad list of parts. I will think about that some more.

Antec makes good quality cases that are not expensive. The antec 300-two might be one @$60:

I particularly like a positive pressure case with front air filters.

Fancy heat spreaders are not necessary to cool ram. They might be only for record seeling overclockers looking to a maximum overclock for ram.
Buy a low profile version of vengeance, or any other ram.
Yes, if you are thinking of triple monitors, or even a 4k monitor, then dual cards in your future are likely. It is uncertain what amd or NVidia will bring out next year.
You may well want sli gtx780, or it is possible that a great single gpu card can effectively replace your GTX780. Keep your options open with a 850w psu.

You might find it interesting to google "h100 leak"
