It is not really the quality but they have been struggling making a BIOS that can sort out CPU voltage settings for good overclocks while other manufacturers have no issue's. Believe me they are trying.

When I mentioned QC, I was referring to them checking things on the line, MSI has a high number of DOA mobos, and failures within 30-60 days and of no particular rhyme or reason, their Z87 G45 has seen numerous problems with the Sata ports, USB ports, sound and of course the relaeas with the problematic Killer NIC ethernet ports, but it's about the same with all their mobo lines, ought to cut back on their hype advertising and invest the money into a few folks on the production lines

Except it is a stripped down budget board, if you have a case with USB 3 front panel then the none LE version of that same board does have a connector for it.

Yes it does case accepts ATX boards and that is what the Asus is.

750 watts is overkill and CM is not good with exceptions. http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb9 This XFX would be plenty. Case has USB 3 on the front so this is the none LE version of the board http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-m5a97r20 and has onboard connector for the usb3 front panel.
