Is there anything wrong with this system?
My budget is $2400
This will be used to edit videos and live stream.
BTW, will be waiting for the new R9 290x so it will be put in GPU section.
Planning on liquid cooling the GPU.
Fans will be chosen at a later date.

I for one, won't touch MSI mobos for client builds, poor QC. I'd look to Asus, as they seem to have the best handle on the Z87 rigs, at the same price is the Asus Pro and the Hero, I chose the Hero for my build, and it's great, takes everything I throw at it - which is a lot
PSU most likely the new card will only need 850 watts max with 2 x in CF. Some people will say Samsung SSD but I know the ADATA is good and so on. Do not take me wrong but really it was a general comment, nothing in that rig screams at you for lack of quality.

This one is not for a friend, I'm using this one for myself actually. I don't have much experience with MSI, so I'll go along with your recommendations and edit the build when I get home.
If I get an Asus board, should I get the Formula instead (If it's that good, I can spend some extra on it)? The reason I went for the MSI board was because it was an above average board according to certain reviews and the colour scheme, black and yellow.

The formula is a good mobo, will have to decide if paying for the built in water cooling components are worth the extra expense in cost, $100 extra seems pretty steep to me, I built before the Formula was released but already had the specs on it and ruled it out for me, haven't had any clients enquire about it yet but have done 5 Hero Haswell builds for clients

Don't worry, I put the build up for criticism so I won't be offended at any remark.
I plan to add a 3rd card in the distant future 5 years. By then I might have 3 monitors? And definitely upgraded system.

The aluminium heatsink of the Formula was a stupid decision by Asus. Once the anodized layer wears off, corrosion will occur with copper in the system. I mainly want the Formula for it's features and sound card.

I have no problem cleaning out my system every 2 months (If the TUF armor traps too much dust, I'll get a quick DC for my loop) and I'm an aesthetics freak. I may turn this system into a server in 5 years time so 10 sata ports will help. Seems like an upgraded hero to me so I guess thats what I will get.

Looks like I don't have to get a Motherboard after all :)
My good friend said that his father's upgrading and he's giving his Mpower away, so I guess I'll be rolling with that to cut costs. If I don't like it, I'll be sure to go straight to a Formula, Thanks a lot Tradesman1.

Give it a try, nothing wrong with the mobos if they work and don't die shortly, I won't use them because often DOA and/or fail within 30/60 days, which comes back on me as the builder to do the RMA stuff, keep client happy with a loaner, and have to go through rebuild
