I7 3820 combo,i5 4670K combo,i5 4430 or FX 8350 combo?

I am asking here,because the motherboard concerns me more than the CPU right now.
I am building a Photoshop and VirtualBox rig,and here are my shortlisted options,they costs more or less the same BTW:
I7 3820 + MSI X79A-GD45 8D
I7 3820 + Gigabyte X79 UD3
I5 4430 + Maximus VI Formula/Sabertooth Z87
I5 4670K + Maximus VI Hero/Gene/Impact or Z87X-OC/UD3H
FX 8350 + 990FX sabertooth R2.0(Not GEN3)/Crosshair V Formula
I am planning to get the 4820K (if i go 2011) instead,but the shop will not provide a BIOs update for me,so I am kinda stuck.
I am going absolutely zero gaming on this computer.I am also not doing video or audio editing or anything like that.Just Photoshop , VirtualBox and VMware(possibly some Hyper-V too).
Please tell me which combo is the best for me.

I'd go with the 4670K build, far better powerwise than the 8350 or the 4430, the X79 rigs are somewhat of overkill for what you'll be doing and what savings you have could be funneled into more DRAM or a better GPU

Savings,no,the 4670K and 4430 combo is around the same,actually a M6F and 4430 costs more than the GD458D+3820.

If close then the 3820/GB would be up there with the 4670K build, the X79 leaves more room for expansion and even better CPUs, the other 3820 I wouldn't touch as I won't build on MSI due to their poor QC

I still do not believe a BIOs can cause smoking of the motherboard.This concerns me as if i get this option,i will overclock the base clock and underclock the multiplier(personal reasons).
Is it ok?Because it is kinda scary,i can perform the bios update,but I still dont dare to trust it...
UPDATE:I found other shops i can buy from,and here are the ones in my budget(still no 4820K,or 3930K in my range)
P9X79 Pro
Rampage IV Gene
X79-UP4
X79-UD7
Or should I spend more to get X79S UP5 Wifi or Sabertooth x79?
