I need Help With A Graphics card and connecting My TV and MONITOR TO MY COMPUTER

I already have a VGA splitter and a VGA to Dvi adapter Im trying to connect my smart TV and my monitor to my computer and I am getting this graphics card http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009SPJ8FG/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER and this cord http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002TUC64W/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A30QCQS3LMCHTJ is this all I need to do this?

The cord will not work. For HDMI to VGA you need a converter.
What input ports for TV and monitor?

Then connect the TV with a HDMI (card) to HDMI (TV) or HDMI (card) to DVI (TV) cable and the monitor by using a DVI (card) to VGA (monitor) adapter.
