i have a samsung NP350V5C A06 and i want to start gaming on it is it possible to up grade the graphics card

Try to find a laptop with i5 3230M ( or better such as i7 3632QM ) with a GT 640M ( or better such as a GT 730M )

This one seems pretty good. But If you want the best performance , you should build your own Desktop.
