I'm currently in Vancouver Canada and want to build a PC for my mom.
She uses it to internet, watch movies/netflix, and use office programs.
No games at all, so I'm a little unsure about the dedicated graphics card.
(Need a WIFI adapter with a large antenna because the router's downstairs and she uses the computer on the second floor, where the signal's not very strong)

Why not get an APU?
Then you don't need the GPU :)

if its just for internet browsing/ office stuff then id say your better off getting a low end APU, as it has integrated graphcs ( yould need a socket FM2 motherboard
