Yup this board will support your CPU, as long as it fits the LGA Socket, no matter whether HT or no.

All of the Intel boards support Hyper Threading. Your only worry should be whether your Motherboard supports the LGA Chipset of the CPU in which this case is LGA 1150. And in your case, yes.

Hyper Threading is super old tech and now comes standard today.
