My new ram is not working

Hello, I have a computer with
motherboard: MSI P41T-C31 (MS-7610) Chipset: Intel G41
Ram: Kingston kvr800d2n6/2g (installed since i bought)
and i got a Mushkin SP2-6400. When i connect my Mushkin my pc starts and goes off. I swapped sockets same, wherever i put my Kingston it works, so its not a socket issue, Is my Mushkin bad or there's something else i should do ?

Both are having mismatch in Cas Latency.
You should replace the Mushkin one with new Kingston KVR800D2N6/2G.

Try with the slower one first, then raise the DRAM voltage + 0.10 and the NB voltage + 0.05 then save, exit, shut down, add the 2nd stick and give it a try

How can I do that? Through Bios? (sorry I'm newbie) Can you guide me?

Start with only the slower stick in slot 1, boot into BIOS, find DRAM voltage and raise it as mentioned above, then find the NB voltage and again change as shown above, then save, exit, shutdown, add the second stick and try booting

I went to bios all i could find about ram was frequency, nothing about voltage.
