Okay, so I've had this issue with my computer where my computer will reset (turn itself off, then turn back on) randomly, without warning. This is my speccy info:

I've checked what events happen after reset in window's event viewer.
volgmr and Kernal Power Shutdown or something other happens as well.

most of the time, my graphics card seems to be around 70 C before reset, so it may be my graphics card overheating and my motherboard just runs that hot.
I've done research into my motherboard, and it said something about the southern bridge of the motherboard running hot since it has a really small fan on it.
The computer seems to shut off more frequent when playing video games like GTA IV, or Garry's Mod.
I have a $300 portable air condition unit directly pointed into the side of the computer, with the side off. I honestly have no idea how this thing can overheat.
Any more info that is needed, I can get. Please help, I've had this issue since Christmas of 2012. I cannot live with it any longer.
Let me know if this is in the wrong board.

that's a picture of it. the power supply is in there pretty right so I can't really get it out. I can see a sticker though. it says: AD-108/250v/f15a
REV: 1.1
ok I found out that it is an 800 W psu. do I require more for my current specs?
