Need Information Video Card

I want too know if i upgrade my video card because right mine doesnt support Shadermodel 3.0 that i need too play Sim Farm 2011 i am think ati readon are something like i ve got the intel dual core processor and its the g31/g33 chipset does anyone have an idea if it can be support better card ?
please help me

if you have a board with the g31/g33 chipset, you should be okay. isn't there a name on the board? if you download cpu-z and run it, it will tell you what hardware you have. just click on the tabs. but i'm sure it has a pci-e slot for a modern video card.

How would i be able too fine that out ? I know my pc is pci i dont know if its pci express are anything like that. Last nite i tryed too Put a Avg are something like that in it ... It wasnt PCI i know that .., I ve got one open slot that has nothing in it , one big slot and i ve got 2 1/4 SIZE slot that are maybe a 1/4 of a regular one i ve also got a slot thats has a dial modem in it but i dont us it
i am trying too fine a picture are some type of photo too let me know what it is thanks
