I currently have a dead PCI-E power connector on my MSI R7950. I've tested it with different PCI-E cables from different power supplies and it still refuses to boot with the system when both 6 pin power connectors are plugged in. However, it does boot with the connector closest to the edge of the board, but doesn't display an image. Is there any type of fix to this? I've looked over the PCB a half dozen times and haven't found anything that seems to be the problem. Should I attempt re-flowing the the GPU?

The card is no longer under warranty because I installed an aftermarket cooler on it, which had to be done by removing a sticker on one of the retention plate's screws that said "Warranty Void If Removed". I bit the bullet since hitting 90 Celsius in a well ventilated case on medium gaming loads was way too hot for me.
