Dual Cards On AsRock Pro4M

Possible, but not recommended. The PCI-Ex16 (x4) slot is actually your bottom PCI-E slot (PCIE4). The cooler from your MSI 7950 would block your USB and front audio ports. The third PCI-E (PCIE3) is actually PCI-Ex16 (x1) and unusable for Crossfire.

I would not. The second pcie slot is only X4 capable, so both cards would need to operate at the lowest common speed.

If you own the motherboard, and 7950, I would sell the 7850 in favor of a stronger single gpu card.
That might be a GTX780 or perhaps one of the newly launched amd top end cards.
AMD dual card drivers have not yet fully fixed the stuttering issue.
