But im not completely decided- so what in my parts list is a waste? what needs further upgrades?
please keep the budget to around 700 USD Including the keyboard, mouse, and OS. My location is northeastern USA.

The GTX 650 doesn't support SLI, neither does the 650 Ti(if you look at cards they lack an SLI port). The only GTX 650 that does is the 650 Ti Boost.

I would go with cheaper RAM, however I like this build. Will look into it. Still taking tips though

I wouldn't suggest anything slower than DDR3 1600, and you will want a latency of 9 or less.
