Need help selecting a good video card

Hi all, i would like to get some help on video cards suitable for my needs

APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: October BUDGET RANGE: Less than 200.00. Im not in the US so rebates wont apply

USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: World of Warcraft 1920 x 1080 High settings. (windowed mode). Fraps and maybe Final Fantasy 14

CURRENT GPU AND POWER SUPPLY: TI Radeon HD 4850 and Corsair 750TX 750W PSU

OTHER RELEVANT SYSTEM SPECS: Proc i5 3470, Asus P8 Z77, 8gb corsair mem, Solid State HDD, Cooler Master V8 CPU Fan

PARTS PREFERENCES: ATI Sapphire

OVERCLOCKING: No SLI OR CROSSFIRE: No

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1080

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I have upgraded the main components but i need to upgrade the video card now, using a 4850 i had. I usually use this PC for gaming, mostly WoW (PVP) and streaming, also i would like to be able to play any current game FPS on 1920 x 1080.

This Radeon HD 7950 is just overbudget by $10 but shipping is apparently free, though I don't know how shipping would work out since you're in Panama. Still, a great GPU:

If that's too much, then the Radeon HD 7870 is still a great buy for $185:

In this case, I'd actually recommend the HD 7870 over the HD 7950, because this 7950 seems to have poor heating issues (only one fan). So unless you have some external cooling solution which you really like, I think the HD 7870 might be a safer buy. Either way, both will blow your current HD 4850 out of the water. Happy gaming!

UPDATE:
Just FYI, ATI doesn't exist anymore. They went defunct in 2006 when they were acquired by AMD. So basically, you can just think of AMD as being the new ATI.
