1st time BIOS entry

Hi all,
In my first attempt [after researching online articles] to access BIOs, I am unable to navigate using number pad arrows [left/right/up/down].

Ideas?

System Specs:
HP Pavilion dv7-4183cl.
OS: Windows 7

Thanks for reply, initially I used # pad,and as you suggested, latter used separate arrow keys....to no avail.

I'm thinking keyboard issues @ the moment.
