First PC Build... Revision/Advice Please.

I have been planning to build my own PC and this is what I came up with...
(I tried to stay with a ~$1100 budget with all of this combined.)

CPU: AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard

I did a good amount of "research" and I think ready to buy the components.
BUT before I do, I want a final expert revision, and probably some advice, from you guys.

Also:
1. I do not plan on overclocking right now.
2. The Asus website recommended a 600w+ PSU but PcPP estimated 430w+. Who should I trust? XD
