AMD CPU perfomnce difference?

Hey everyone ,
I am looking to possibly upgrade from an AMD Turion ii N530 to an AMD Phenom ii N970. I know I'll see a performcance improvement but was wondering hw substantial. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I include a link to AMD's comparison. Thanks is advance. Daniel.
