Well im not sure actually my friend installed it for me when i asked him to upgrade my pc:s specs.. But if i manage to get windows 7 ultimate 64 bit ISO file can i use the same product key what my friend has used with the 32 bit version which is now installed to my pc?

I don't know what your friend bought....You need to ask him/her what type he bought.

It depends on whether it’s a Retail or an OEM/System Builder licence.
Retail Product Keys work for both, 32bit and 64bit
OEM/System Builder Keys work for only the licensed one, 32bit or 64bit.

Okey well magic jelly bean keyfinder says that my windows is installed from OEM media.. Does that mean that i have to buy a new copy of windows 7 to get the 64 bit version?

And yes i do need the 64 bit system its much better for gaming because 32 bit supports only 3.25ghz ram

Yes as danny2000 stated "OEM/System Builder Keys work for only the licensed one, 32bit OR 64bit."

To be honest you probably don't need ultimate so professional is cheaper and will do EVERYTHING you will be doing. Only difference is ultimate has bitlocker encryption and can read more RAM(192GB). Another thing bitlocker is kinda janky because if you want to copy a file off of a bitlocker encrypted drive to another computer that other computer needs to have ultimate also.

IMO Professional is anything anyone will ever need unless there work requires there laptop encrypted.
