Computer restarts after installing graphic card drivers (keep rebooting after windows starting)

I recently built a new rig (Specs below)

CPU: AMD FX8320 Black Edition 8 Core (3.5/4.0GHz,

MOBO: Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard

GPU: Gigabyte 650ti 1GB GDDR5

PSU: Corsair 600w Builder

Case: Xigmatek Asgard

Storage:

1 WB blue 500gb
1 WB Green 1Tb

Obviosuly being a new system i ran into some problems, but all was well when i installed windows 7, i started installing the drivers for the LAN and the chipset drivers, then windows updates. After all of that was done, i decided to install the graphics card drivers, these installed correctly, i restarted my system and instantly ran into a problem. the bios would load, windows would start loading, my monitor would lose input, then regain input, then it would be a black screen for about 5-10 seconds, then my computer reboots. If tried everything but i cant figure out whats wrong! Anyone know what could be wrong?

Thanks in advance

Hi,
I have the same issue, im trying to slove problem (1 year!).
I have send my mobo to service they say its working fine (i have m5a99x evo r2.0)
I have fx 8320 too
gts 450 graphic card ( i have tried on old 7300gt but the problems occured too)
After checking almost all stuff i have discovered thats it might be ram compatybility problem but i dont have money to buy new ones (now i have kingston hyperx 2x4gb (khx1600c9d3x2k2/8gx)
if you have sloved the problem please tell me why :)
If not we might try slove problem together (i have checked alredy:
psu voltage stabilyty, swapped gpu-s, trying diferent drivers, changing timings and voltage (i why the voltage is raised the computer is working fine even 15 minutes), trying diferent OS-es
,swaping drivers, Etc-. PS sorry for my english if there are any mistakes ^^

Try working your way backwards, one step at a time.
Boot into safe mode and dump the video card drivers, reboot and see if stable.
If not, reboot again to safe mode and uninstall the driver before that and reboot to see if stable. Rinse and repeat.

This may help you isolate what driver is causing the problem, but you have to be patient and do one at a time
