Board won't Boot

I am building a gaming system, i have a
MSI Z87-G45 MB, 4770K CPU, 16 GB, skill
1600 memory.
I can not get this board to boot if it has
More than one memory module installed,
And this in slot three.
I've tried everything i know, help!

Tried in slots 2-4?

make sure the mb bios is the newest and check under the cpu for bent pins.
