Hi everyone,

Im thinking of upgrading to 2 GTX 770 4GB FTW in SLI which both require 42Amp on the 12v rail to work properly. I already have at home a Corsair HX1000 and a corsair HX 850 at my disposal.

The HX1000 has 2 12v rail of 40Amp and the HX850 as a single 12v rail of 70Amp

Will one of those PSU will be enough to hold both 770s in real life gaming?

Thanks!

Solution
Each GTX 770 is a 230W card at max. That is 19.2 amps on the +12V rail per card maxed out.

Either PSU is more than enough.
