So i have this strange problem when i play games and they get under 60 fps , its skipping frames like crazy, doesn't matter if its 55 or 40 or whatever..its stuttering very hard but with 60 fps all works smooth as long as it stays there.
When i turn off vsync its the same only i also got screen tearing.
I got 4670k , asus gryphon z87 , 8gb ram , and intel graphics hd4600. benq g2250 60hz monitor.Using win 7 64. Also drivers are all latest.
I wonder if its maybe my PSU cause when those skips happen in games i can hear some whiny noises coming from it, but then when its not stuttering @60fps its quiet again.
