Few ways to get there:
Option 1: Start > Control panel > System > Advanced System Settings (left pane) > Computer Name (Tab) > Change
Option 2: Run (Windows Key + R) > Type in systempropertiesadvanced and press enter > Computer Name (Tab) > Change
Please also take into consideration what version of Windows 7 you are running. Windows 7 Home Edition cannot join a domain.
