The noise comes from CPU area. And it sounds like a working microwave oven, but not that loud maybe 1/5 of that.

Then I put back my old graphic card HD7650. The noise is gone.

I called the EVGA support center. They said it is the capability issue with the Z68 chipset.

So I just want to ask did anyone have the same issue and maybe a solution for it.

the z68 or newer or older chipset with any gpu should not sound like a microwave. that a cap or voltage reg noise.any good vendor of mb will drop bios updates for newer hardware. you dont here other people x68 chipset not working with newer gpu. I wuld see if there any updates for your mb bios and check your power supply. if it a cheaper no name unit it may not be able to output the voltage needed for your rig.
