So first off My budget is ~$2100 USD

Now some information: I plan on purchasing this build the moment the 290x hits the market next month. I plan on overclocking the shit out of my build so that is an important aspect regarding the components. The game i will be playing roughly 70 percent of the time is Skyrim with as many graphical mods possible. I am by no means a fanboy of any company whatsoever, the best components get my pick. Sound quality is an important to me. Would a dedicated sound card be worth it if i am rocking these headphones? So anything is up to change but i would prefer to keep my resolution at 1440p. Any help would be very much appreciated, thank you for your time!
