Hi all! This is my second build, and I just want to run it through with you all. I plan to OC the CPU.

The hardest part for me to choose is the motherboard. I chose the GA-970A-UD3 because of the "8+2 Phase CPU VRM Power Design"...whatever it is. All I know is it's good for OCing =) I'm getting the CPU + Mobo combo deal from Microcenter.

For the PSU, I was wondering if it's enough after I OC the system. If not, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks! I'll look into SSD performance/price a little closer then. I'm assuming that this is the one you're recommending: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Everything looks awesome IMO, except the PSU. 500w would be the absolute minimum I'd run on that setup.

The PSU is one part you really don't want to cheap out on. I'd recommend the Cooler Master GX RS650w 80 plus bronze which you should be able to find for around $40-60. I'm using this PSU in my recent build and found it to be a really nice quality PSU for the price.

You don't have to use that exact PSU but I would at least go for something 600w+ and 80 plus bronze.

Also you don't need 2133 ram. If you can get 1600 CL9 ram for the same price or less, it will be just as fast as that 2133 CL11 ram.

Thanks. So I'm get this now: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

As for the ram, I just chose the most the most affordable 8GB solution. That 2133 ram just happened to be around the same price range as the other, though it looks like they're out XD. I'll just pick something around that $50 price range.

Looks like a nice build. I agree with MEC-777 that you should consider a bigger PSU if you want to overclock, and i would recommend a corsair 750w 80 plus bronze, you can pick them up for around £65 (I recently build a pc). Other than that good choice on components, and great build :) .
