my system is:

intel core i3 3220
gigabyte B75 board
nvidia gt630 1gb gddr5
kingston hyper X 4GB
seagate baracuda 500Gb

will i be able to run BF4 ??

ryt now bf3(high settings) and crysis 3(low) both running smoothly on my pc at 1600*900...no issues at all

Well that graphics card is not that good. But since you're not playing at 1080p you might be able to handle low-medium settings. Best way to find out is to play the beta that starts on the 4th for everyone (or 1st for some ppl)

Probably medium settings No AA use FXAA less performance hog than AA and medium shadows
